What os does it use? Or is it web based?
It seems neat but I have to ask why? What is the use case scenario of this?
I could see this being handy to do personal stuff from a work computer
I think that might be it. Almost like accessing a machine via a browser. Reminds of me Guacamole but I’m still not sure.
I have exactly zero use for this, but I’m way excited to try it out. Looks great!
Looks cool, when?
Looks pretty! If you need a alpha tester, contact me. Would try it on proxmox…
This is really responsive, do you have a github link so we can try to self-host this?
Can I install Steam on it?
Curious. It says I was added to the waitlist however I didn’t add any information.
Also if you’re looking for tester I’m interested
How did I just sign up for the waitlist without logging in to anything and without giving my email? I just clicked 1 button and it said I’ll be notified lol
Can you link the site?
Me too! Either it’s sentient and already spying on us or someone forgot an important step :)
IT KNOWS
get off my 'puter
Like others, I clicked the button to join the waitlist but was never asked for an email or anything.
More importantly, when do these hosted html desktops develop a common standard on how to implement the apps? There’s so many now, and none have a common standard on stuff like data access for example. They also all bringt their own small set of mini applications that aren’t very useful.
At least Code has a file system backend implemented for it - but it seems like it’s a file system provider specifically implemented for it?

Isn’t wasm such thing?
That’s a gorgeous design! Absolutely beautiful work!
Looks cool, but one thing is weird… I want to get notified but via email but I never got the chance to input the email and it just says it will update me via notification (which I never allowed in the browser). How so?
Can it run Doom?
Yes!
OP might get offended you had to ask that
