Not a little owl, but rather the Little Owl. This common owl is found from Portugal to Korea. These flat headed owls are somewhat unique, as they are synanthropic, meaning they do best living close to humans. They hunt insects in mostly open areas, so orchards, gardens, and the edge of the woods are where they have the most successful hunts.
