All of the Americans of Lemmy are in the comments saying they live in something way worse for way more money 🤷
It does look a bit shabby. But if it’s up to code, insulated properly and has a bathroom I’d take it. I’ve seen worse “traditional” 1 room apartments for more money than that.
They’ve painted over breezeblocks, I would give my left kidney if this had building control approval, never mind insulation.
