It is odd how prophetic the first Matrix movie was, despite being a part of the machinery itself. Btw, it’s worth reading “Simulacra and Simulation” as the first movie is a decent film representation of the premises in the book. Warning, it’s a heavy read philosophically.

I watched the sequel with a heavy beer buzz on new years eve so I could probably watch it again and it would be like a second sequel because I can’t really say I remember much about the first time I watched it.

For a second I thought he was drinking a beetlejuice and just asked for another one.
