At this point I’m convinced that Facebook actively hates its mobile site.

why wouldnt they hate it?
they can track you so much better, if you have to use their app instead.
That’s why they hate it, because they’d rather burn it to the ground and force everyone onto their app. Eventually companies like Facebook and reddit will just block mobile traffic and force their app.

But it’s only 1200fps
At that speed most frames would be the same. Unless you’re shooting RAW there is some good compression you can do here.
Your video isn’t in 150k resolution?
Maybe it’s just a really high resolution?

Decimals (Points/Comma/) are kinda tricky: If this Filesize check adheres to European decimal Standards it means 20.91 Megabytes
But that would mean there’s another decimal point/comma after the first one.
Backup decimal in case you miss the first one
You don’t break your fractions down into smaller, more complex fractions? Pssh!
I don’t think that’s what people mean when they say ‘to two decimal points’.
