A well reasoned reply. With the exception of dementia and presuming they’re of sound mind, aren’t they free to choose to have end-of-life care? Or is such care too expensive, like in the U.S.?

Why is dying alone presented as something undesirable?
The agency hopes its report will shed light on the country’s growing issue of vast numbers of its aging population who live, and die, alone.
It is considered one of America’s largest megachurches, which are congregations with an average weekly worship attendance of 2,000 people or more. There are nearly 1,800 megachurches in the United States, according to the Hartford Institute for Religion Research.
1800 x 2000 = 3,600,000, roughly 1% of the U.S. population.
“Churches are not to be touched!” he added.
That would carry so much more weight if churches didn’t touch or otherwise affect people who don’t follow their particular faith.

Mozilla’s Firefox browser isn’t known for speed. It falls into last place in most of our tests for Windows and Mac, and that’s okay. Firefox is more about security features than speed, which is ideal if you’re more concerned about blocking malware than loading pages in a flash.
Yep, I’d probably be wasting my time going down the uninstall-reinstall rabbit hole and would probably not find speed increases.
I love Firefox, used to use it all the time. Now it’s slower on Ubuntu than Brave. I mean slow as in irritating to use, click and wait.

Truer words have not been written, yet we see in the news everyday that crimes are constantly being committed. When we are judged (fit for death) not based on what we do, but rather with whom we associate, we are all in danger.
I could have sworn I read that Musk was a free speech absolutist. Freedom for me but not for thee?
We now have a collection of maybe 400 DVDs (not pirated, legally purchased). Sure, everything we watch is reruns, but there are no commercials.
Is nuclear war winnable? I’ve been led to believe it is not: MAD.
Perhaps it’s evidence of a Master Control Program. 🤣
I’ve never had an OnlyFans account, but I do have social media accounts. I have had the distinct impression in recent years of being stalked, followed online.
However, that intensified monitoring seems to have only just begun. NCMEC just got access to OnlyFans in late 2023, the child safety group told Reuters. And NCMEC seemingly can’t scan the entire platform at once, telling Reuters that its access was “limited” exclusively “to OnlyFans accounts reported to its CyberTipline or connected to a missing child case.”
Hu Youping, 54, was stabbed multiple times while trying to restrain an attacker at a school bus stop in China’s eastern city of Suzhou on Monday. She died in hospital two days later.
I don’t pretend to understand the politics of the extremists, but Hu Youping is a hero. RIP.
Sorry to read that. How dare you sun yourself as nature intended. /s
You might consider allergy including those from food. You can change food brands/flavors, analyse ingredient differences, and note responses. I understand vets can also prescribe anti-histamines. Good luck.
