Too bad these innovations wont make it down to the workers that stores hire from 11pm to 3am to clean the store parking lot across from me.
If you’re doing any writing on it that’s beyond a quick text or search, you’d either use dictation or a connected MacBook’s keyboard, or a connected wireless keyboard. The pass-through is so clear and lag free that you can just look at the physical keyboard if you need to / can’t touch type.
There is also zero versioning which I consider a more practical modern branch of semver.
Beautiful assholes.
I think the difference is they actually made the protocells for real? Not sure.
You know this is fake because there’s more than 5 pixels in the picture taken.
At least the ! and @ are much cleaner and not italic.
Oh come on, you can’t post that without the updates in the comments! We need to see the rest.
Just be careful, you could be held liable eventually.
The moon photos they’re talking about are specifically the AI enhanced zoom moon photos of previous Samsung models that caught controversy because taking a picture of a marginally round object against a black background with their zoom enhancement would produce a moon photo even if it was in someone’s dark basement and the object was a dimly lit bottle cap.
Doesn’t help that El Niño is currently in effect, with the next several seasons predicted to be affected by it. Muddies the data, so to speak.
And not to mention the discharge efficiency curve. For LiPo batteries you will see a sort of “coasting” when the battery is at about 3.7v if your load is sufficiently small. But when it’s at 4.0v it will seem to drain quicker.
I have a 10000mAh battery powering a device that uses 10uA every 30 minutes for about 10 seconds. On one charge it should last about 1 year maybe a little more. The first 2 months it seemed like it lost a lot more juice than was expected but since then it settled in and is now ahead of its estimate. Which means it will speed back up as it goes down below 3.7v.
Is the research only new because we didn’t test this before? The number one advice to learn a language fast is to be totally submerged into the language and its culture. Seems like that would extend to just about any skill.
A signal is a signal. For system hardware developers it might have been a quick and dirty way to debug the hardware. It could also be an abandoned feature for low level developers and cartridge development teams. We may never know the real answer but it’s not an unreasonable thing to use the thing designed to output waves as a quick hookup point for logic analyzers / oscilloscopes.
Having not watched this yet, I’m going to guess that this failure state basically results in the processor simply incrementing its address pointer indefinitely which will inevitably just loop across the whole contents of the rom, along with current state ram data? Outputting audio might be a bug in this case, a hardware bug that is. Unless it was an esoteric way for the system designers to debug using oscilloscopes? Maybe it was meant to just dump ram contents but ended up hitting all rom addresses? Either way, I’m excited to watch this when I get some more time and just wanted to speculate based on the short description of the video I read.
Convenience, automation, remote control.
Oh so that’s why they’re asking me to change my password just to check my bill. Because the language on the page was “we regularly perform security audits to help protect you, so please change your password now” and doesn’t mention the breach at all.
