Can’t use phone… Uses PC, can’t use PC for games, plays on laptop can’t play laptop for games. Would rather stare at a wall than do work

God just this weekend I felt I had to concentrate and put so much effort into making sure I had gathered some files together for later processing.
Pomodoro technique is working alright for me, what are you using?
