This certainly seems… problematic. What would “going after” these stations and hosts even look like? Would they be prohibited from discussing certain topics, or operating entirely? Is it only when they’re spreading misinformation? Aside from the obvious 1A issues, how would you prevent abuse when power swings the other way and it’s now the right deciding who to go after?
And one other thing: you have entirely ignored that corporations were given all the power to push this shit and utterly reject any and all free speech from the left ALREADY. We have ALREADY LOST. There is no situation in which the right gains power in the future and crushes opposing views because IT HAS ALREADY HAPPENED.

Its a long story, but since the FCC got deregulated the public service requirement was removed. Corporations were allowed to buy up all the broadcast stations they wanted instead of being restricted, and radical fascist talk shows were put in rotation and all opposing opinions removed. It is exactly why we got the Tea Party, the MAGAts, and all the radically fascist Nazi uprising when trump showed up. REPEAL THE TELECOMMUNICATIONS ACT. ENFORCE THE FAIRNESS DOCTRINE. REINSTATE THE FCC REQUIREMENT THAT ALL BROADCASTS MUST SERVE THE PUBLIC GOOD.
