Tip for anybody with a Nvidia card: get DLSS Swapper. It won’t add DLSS to games that lack the functionality, but it will let you update their ancient DLSS 2.x or god forbid 1.x (like Monster Hunter) for the modern 3.5.10 DLL.
The improvements are profound, 3.5 is particularly good at eliminating those weird ghosting trails from fast moving objects.
Just don’t use it on online competitive games with anticheat software, as modifying the DLL can trigger some of them as tampering with game data.
The last times I checked, probably a year ago, for Monster Hunter World, this didn’t work as it only supported 1.x, but your comment made it seem like it can be swapped by a modern implementation. Is this really the case for MHW nowadays? That would be amazing!
Anyone else quietly hyped for Black Myth Wukong? It looks really good from what I’ve seen of it. Apart from maybe the English voices. Looks like Chinese with subs will be the way to go.
