Hi, I’m currently running OPNSense on an HP T730 mini pc. It’s been working very well for a few years, but now I’m upgrading my internet to 2.5g symmetrical and also plan to do some more complex routing.

So I’m looking for any recs for a small (max 12" squared) mini-pc or similar device for use with OPNSense (or similar).

I have a 10gb SFP PCI card in my HP T730 so I’d like to keep 10gb SFP (my switch is also SFP based).

I want to toy with Wireguard, and also have VLANs. If that changes anything.

    Check out the latest Protectli devices. They have 2.5g ports on them and are very powerful little machines.
