    Hmm. Maybe if I live long enough, my only slightly rusty skills in map reading and navigation by dead reckoning will once again be useful.

    I live in one of the mentioned countries and I use GPS daily. I have never experienced this problem. Maybe a problem in other areas/countries.

      It might be localized to a certain province maybe? Do you remember reading any local news about outages or anything like that?

    The U.S. needs to move fast

    Ha. Who would have thought that an industry promotion magazine would promote more industry?

    They been moving fast for decades. That’s how this problem was created. Space capitalism. They’ve trashed both earth and space. They’ve got billions for spacemen while the planet burns.
