I don’t know if killing Hitler would automatically lead to a better world. What if they had a leader who was not so dumb and attack the soviet union? It could be like in Stephen Kings 11/22/63 where he prevents the assassination of Kennedy but then the future is much worse.

The very beginning? How about skipping the flight and all the hassle that comes with airports. Pro tip: Start the time loop when you wake up at the hotel instead.

Nooo. You wanna start before the plane ride so you can just not board if that’s what you want. Then ya grab a different flight with money you don’t need to go to a place you’ve never been.

Depends on the trip. Part of the joy of arriving is the journey you just endured, so might be worth keeping that in just for the existential exhale you get when you arrive.

Besides, I don’t have to follow the same routine every time. Sometimes I could enjoy my flight, sometimes I could skip it! The only missing element is the time machine, of course.

Does your memory get wiped at each loop or do you remember all previous loops?

Either way you should watch season 2 of The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya to see how different people handle time loops.
