Gaza is one of the most densely populated areas on the planet…
There is literally nowhere that’s not near innocent civilians.
Which is why Israel bombing fucking everything isn’t the way to go about shit.
It just creates more people willing to join Hamas.
What manner of genocide apology is this
So what’s your apology for them targeting an ambulance?
You are right, that was an atrocity. And the acknowledged the horrific mistake. But that does not justify Hamas’ willfully sacrificing the Palestinian civilians to foment moral outrage.
Does trapping Palestinians in Gaza, advocating for the war crime of collective punishment by stopping their water and food supply in favour of bombing civilians (“not a gram of humanitarian aid, but hundreds of tons of explosives from the Air Force”) a mistake as well? What about Ben-Ari’s comments that Palestinian children have brought this upon themselves? What about when Israel directly funded Hamas to undermine more peace oriented groups like the PLO (even after they recognized Israel’s sovereignty), was that a mistake too? At what point do these “mistakes” become genocidal intent in your opinion?
Israelis are amazing people, but the religious extreamist, massianic corrupt government has to go! Their goal is to sustain the war at any cost, making Israel citizens suffer, and disregarding any damage done otherwise.
Gotta disagree Israel’s goal is to get the rest of the “holy land” back. That’s what it’s been since post WWII and that’s what it will be until they get what they want. The superpowers of WWII decided to uproot people living in the Israeli region and pushed them to the outter banks of Gaza and further. When the jews began pushing an anti-social campaign against the Palestinians in Gaza just so the jews can claim holy land up to the Mediterranean Sea, it created tension
Sure, there’s no complexity, only “Israel the bad guy” and rewriting history
Whoa. Hang on, I never said there’s no complexities beyond my simplifications. Just saying that IMO, the original displacement created animosity where the rest of the world told them displaced that "they’re over-reacting, and ever since then it’s been a suppression of the people in that region with plenty of evidence that Jewish or zionist Israelis were able to uproot people from their house and now claim a complete justification to kill them for reasons such as; elementary students being hamas, injured people and medical staff being hamas, people living their lives and trying to survive, during a modern seige, being hamas. Like who isn’t hamas at this point? US legislation? Well, no, because their feesing the war machine in Israel. And I feel pretty wise to people and their actions, but for the life of me, I can’t tell you why the US is STILL backing Israel, but don’t get me wrong. US should also not back hamas
