    Since I can’t resist an opportunity to explain how dumb I am… when I was a teenager and I heard he was the dictator of Peru, I couldn’t figure out how a Japanese guy could be dictator of Peru. My dumb American ass didn’t understand that you could be Peruvian but of Japanese descent and people might actually put you in office despite that.
