Hi, I’m looking for a easy to use, selfhosted web services where different members of my company can mark/appoint which day of the week they are gonna be using certain resource, currently we are using a physical whiteboard. I’m looking for something easy, so nextcloud is to overkill just for that. Any suggestions?

Assuming you already have a shared calendar system, just setup a shared calendar for whatever resources you need to schedule.
It’s something I am looking for since years without luck. If your resources are just spaces and desks you might take a look at https://seatsurfing.app/
I always hoped to find something more complex, with per user and per resource limits and custom rules, but I found only a few closed source Saas solutions in this sense.
You could use https://github.com/LibreBooking/app for this.
