As someone that recently bought the ftc, I can only apologize for what is a clear first amendment violation that on the surface sounds like a good idea but in reality has no constitutional standing; additionally I recognize my FTC’s recent ruling would be entirely unenforceable if reviews were or were made to be entirely anonymous or even just pseudononymous.
2/5 would recommend buying the FCC instead. Really they’re confusingly named and the ftc should be taken off the market.
