Seems they won’t ban you for dissing the governments, they’re too chickenshit for that. They’ll ban you for either “misinfo” (not aligning with kremlin talking points) or cultural insensitivity, in this case - mods explicitly arguing user’s statement is homophobia.
It’s the same game conservatives like to play. They’ve setup their rules such that whenever they WANT to silence someone, they can find a justification that fits for it.
