You could also start one; seems like there’s plenty of fodder for it (recent events considered).
.cafewould probably be a good place for it, too, since it’s not one of the super-large instances and is defederated from the extreme 3.Please make it elsewhere, our local feed is very chill and fits the instance name, something furiously infuriating does not 😅
Fair point. I wasn’t considering instance ethos, just relative size and federation policy.
To be honest, at this stage I just consider LW as the mega instance, it just dwarves anything else in terms of popular communities: https://lemmyverse.net/communities?order=active
9/10 top 10 communities are on LW, so SJW or lemm.ee could definitely be a good suggestion
You’d quickly run afoul of lemm.ee’s “don’t cause the admins headaches” rule I think.
Could be, the communities I have on lemm.ee are about movies and TV shows, so pretty chill in that regard.
