I guess if someone thought massive, heavy, full, ever-growing breasts were cool, they’d absolutely take this picture. Outside of erotic fiction this is the only time in history that such a pair of breasts - breasts that simply would not stop growing ever bigger and fuller - have ever actually existed.

If someone didn’t think that was cool, they’d never take this picture. Either they simply wouldn’t be interested or they would find it freakish, weird and very unappealing.
