Unless I’m missing removed posts or something, Op is within their post allowance for both this particular sub and the greater LemmyNSFW instance. Nor are they engaging in blatant spam or sketchy behavior.
Given that OP’s name matches the name listed on steam for the game they keep linking, I’m inclined to bin this more as self-promotion than spam. By the looks of the game’s update history, they’ve been pushing updates to their game assets, so I’d almost be willing to bet that what gets posted here are teaser images for whatever they’ve been working on recently. Personally, it looks more like a developer going “look at this thing I made”
than someone trying to slam every possible feed with the same image 30 time over (trust me, LemmyNSFW has plenty of that if you really want spam). I can’t speak with any administrative authority, but as long as they’re following the community rules, I’ve got no problem with OP posting teasers for their game.
Hi! These are promo images from the game that are also shown on the steam page. I hope that you can appreciate that I am posting different images and not keep using the same image. Also I post 1 every few days which I do not believe is excessive. Having said that if there are specific rules about frequency with specific restrictions I would be happy to follow them. I will also try to make the description a bit more unique! Thanks!
Again, I’m not a mod or anything; just figured I’d leave a comment saying that I don’t mind your posts in case an actual mod poked in to investigate the spam report.
I do appreciate the different images though(especially given how often I see bots just absolutely flood the same image to multiple different communities)! As far as frequency goes, according to rule 7 in the sidebar for this community, you get 2 image posts per day, which you’re well within. With as dead as that particular community is, I probably wouldn’t recommend posting more frequently (at least for the same game), but it is technically allowed.
This is starting to look like spam, reporting.

That makes sense, could the rules be altered to make it more clear.
I started questioning op’s posts when they started to become low effort screenshot + game title and link.
