I feel like there’s some strange, primal, unspoken different dynamic that occurs when black cops arrest other black people thats distinct from when white cops arrest white people…

Naw, black people, when they become cops, become just cops. After donning the garb, they don’t give a shit about people who aren’t cops. But here’s the thing. The white racist cops still care that another cop is black. It’s a weird dynamic.
I assume it’s the same.
Why would it matter or be different?
