Meanwhile you can go to the grocery store and pay ~30$ for 3lb beef, 20shells, 3 heads romane lettuce, 1lb Mexican cheese, and taco sauce. And have a single person’s meals for the next 5-6 days. I know because it’s been part of my meal prep for a while.

As an adult you should realize that eating a cake any time you want is unhealthy and should have the self control to delay that gratification. Sure noone can stop you, but you should have the self respect to stop yourself.

I haven’t seen a 1$ burger at McDonald’s in almost 5 years.

Peanut butter and banana sandwiches have become a staple for me over the last couple years. So long ordering out every day. I hate cooking.

I only really eat one meal a day and it’s a big one. Would be like a 2L of soda and a large pizza or a sub and app from a restaurant. I wouldn’t have it delivered but it was easily 25 bucks a day for that one meal. Now I meal prep egg cups for breakfast and cook up a big batch of chicken tacos for the week or just make rice or salad for dinner. Grocery bills under 80$ for a week. I only have one mouth to feed though and I hate cooking.
