Here is what baffles me: how is Hamas still making demands? They are getting stomped ,their people suffer indescribable pain and they are still setting deadlines? The fuck?
You are amazing, thank you.
It’s probably about data control. If it’s part of your it and you can control access and data retention, fine. But if everyone feeds the chatgpt website with documents and sensitive info, that’s an issue.
I miss that one.
They also have time travel, so they could undo all that shit.
Those fucks promise easy solutions for hard problems, and the best thing, you don’t have to change and only need to vote for them. Fuckers thrive on Chaos and other people trying to explain hard topics
Preacher, the series adaption. Could have used the comic, but no, Seth Rogen had to butcher it.
Sean Connerys last movie, too. He did not deserve that.
I like both. The novels are good, but would not work today - they have been writen in the 50s and it Shows.
The series might have slow points, but I really like the emperors and the genetic dynasty, great storytelling device.
I drove an atto 3 and a Mercedes gla, both for an extended weekend, same destination. I would always pick atto. Better features, easier to use and, most important, actual room to store stuff for the family. Especially the head and legroom in the back, it’s not even funny how cramped the back seats in German cars are. We have been hustled.
Like an episode of Silicon Valley
It also seems like planting this way saves water, since less evaporates. And the farmers have an additional source of income so they are less dependent on the market. There is a good article at the BBC about a farmer being able to grow older, nicer but less desired lemons because of agri pv
Wechat als always had the backing of the central government. They got funding and, probably more important, the government slowed or outright banned other apps. The Verge has a good piece on it.
Because, in the golden days of ads, your metrics were bullshit. You had a print ad and someone said that they sold this many issues and, because of the papers totally not biased market research the told you that for every paper sold, x more people saw your ad. Same with TV and Radio, most numbers around viewers or listeners are basically made up with some fancy statistics.
With the Internet, suddenly you had hard data - your ad has been requested x times. But, that data was always below the fancy print/tv/radio numbers, so the companies had to either push more or reduce prices. That’s how they designed more and more intrusive ads like the ones with the shitty hidden close icon. The longer you need to close it, the longer is the “ad viewed” metric. The more you click on fake X buttons, the higher is the click rate or click through rate. Ad metrics have always been a scam and no one wants to change it.
Haven might do the trick. It’s motion activated and can stream content. Made by the guardian project / Snowden to warn you if someone breaks into your hotel room. Open source, too
Because I think hamas is a shitty organization and they do not care about Palestinians. They did attack Israel, fully knowing that right wing Netanyahu would retaliate, because he has so many internal problems that an external enemy is all he needs. both don’t give a shit about their respective civilians, both want to stay in power while trying to manipulate public opinion.
