I would suggest looking at other Kbin instances outside of kbin.social. or look to mbin, which is a fork that in told is more stable. I also haven’t made the jump from Kbin, but have been having similar issues with usability with it for awhile.
I’m curious, where’s “over here” for you? I’m not super involved in politics here in the US, but I don’t think surrogacy is really talked about much here? There’s the people who vehemently oppose it (from my experience that’s mostly the religious right), but almost any interaction I’ve had discussing it just lists it as an option people can consider.
I should mention that I’m Bi and don’t have a kid, so I mostly hear about it from the context of same sex couples.
Typical puppy couldn’t sit still. Some things never change.
Your first clue that you were old is that you were still listening to FM radio.
Some might put adds in front or at the end of videos. I’m sure the “viewer counts” also help them negotiate rates for adds on the page itself.
I’d say more Tuca and Bertie, they way they’re drawn looks really similar to the show’s style
I find it interesting, especially for games from smaller teams. But I suppose that don’t really add anything to the larger conversation. I just find it interesting to hear how some of these games are doing.
I hope they continue to release AA titles though, like Star Ocean and Harvestella. They actually released a ton of games over 2022/2023, but at some point I think they were competing with themselves.
It doesn’t, but most game sales are front loaded at release. Having 8 months on the shelf still makes a difference, for sure, but it’s still notable that it was number 1.
Correct. When I found out it wasn’t going to be on steam, I figured I’d get a physical copy for the PS5 instead. Found out that wasn’t all option either…
The development time on that game was also super rushed, compared to what the game needed. That’s why you don’t recruit any of the ME2 companions to be in your squad (since they could all die) and why so many decisions from earlier games didn’t really pan out if you had a save where the decisions didn’t match what Bioware was able to plan for/had time to develop. I absolutely wouldn’t be surprised if they barely even got the ending they had finished in time to ship.
I thought Amy Hennig worked on Legacy of Kain, which did come out on PC.
I think the inference to take from their comment is that by extension others probably didn’t like it either, and so there is less excitement for a sequel to a movie that wasn’t as well received.
If you wish to enter Hades, you know the price that must be paid.
