We don’t need no water…
I put this on another post from another account, but I found it, and I’m going to paste it here:
Do it! DO IT!! Shut up talking about it, and let’s get the civil war started!! Because I suspect it will be over before supper time.
In reality all they’re going to do is talk about it, because they’re small weak little people. Look at the big bad Proud Boys. When faced with the consequences of jail, they cried like little girls and begged the judges to take pity on them. Only one defiantly yelled “TRUMP WON” on his way out is the courtroom, but that was even after he cried and groveled.
I get Apple Music for “free” as part of my Verizon plan, so I’ll keep using it.
(Yes I know it’s not really free but worked into the cost of my plan, but I don’t pay a separate streaming music service, so there’s that.)
What I saw: “I’m a Dasher. I don’t make much money, so please don’t hurt me or be mean to me.”
We must be in a similar part of the country. I had 70%, but I couldn’t really even tell.
Just as a point of clarification, a critic of the show called it a “show about nothing”. Jerry took that and used it as the plot of the show within a show that he and George wrote the pilot to, Jerry! Then people started referring to Seinfeld that way, but it never was about nothing, in fact it usually had 2-3 storylines per episode that they found a way to converge at the end.
I get that you don’t like the show, but at least get your facts straight.
About 6-8 years ago, McDonald’s had a line of like, “gourmet” burgers that came with grilled onions on them and big leafs of Romaine lettuce, those things were delicious but they discontinued them after only like, six months.
I’m old enough to remember the first “adult” burger McDonald’s launched, the Arch Deluxe. It came on a potato bun and had a stone ground mustard that was delicious. They had a huge marketing push for it, but then gave up before it had a chance to really catch on. I thought it was really good (for McDonald’s), but they didn’t really give it time.
It’s got to be really good, because they have to make enough money to pay the regular bills and the “You’ve got a nice restaurant, be a shame if something happened to it” bill.
This was one of my favorite bits that he did. I use it all the time!
Maybe, I don’t remember. I thought it was from a comedian, but I could be wrong. (Memory isn’t what it used to be. 🤷🏻)
Read about it and more in this month’s riveting issue of .
I don’t remember the comedian, but I remember the joke:
“If they can dye it green for St. Patrick’s Day, why can’t they dye it blue the other days of the year?”
If you’re a fan of gritty police dramas, I continuously beat the drum for The Shield. It’s one of most tightly written series I’ve ever seen, with events from the very first episode affecting everything that comes after. Plots wind through multiple episodes and sometimes seasons.
All 7 seasons are currently on Hulu.
I’m not saying he’s right, but I’m saying I understand.
I find higher meaningful engagement and much less toxic culture here.
It takes time to cultivate your community list here, just like it took time to build my followed subreddits back when I first started with Reddit, but I get posts that I care about and am interested in in my “Subscribed” list. I’ll admit that not every one of my interests are represented, but I’m still happy here.
And for point one, I use Voyager, which was heavily inspired by Apollo for Reddit, so Voyager makes this place feel more like home.
I… uh… just uploaded it using Voyager. It wasn’t a gif on my phone, I don’t know how or why it got converted.
My apologies, but if this is the worst thing that happened to you today….
