Yeah, that would be ideal. The jam isn’t the best choice because of the sugar content, but you gotta have something to enjoy lol.
Overnight oats with protein powder and fruit, Chia pudding with fruit and Greek yogurt, eggs and whole wheat toast with guacamole or avocado, protein pancakes with fruit and Greek yogurt,
Something high in protein and with low glycemic index carbs.
You want something that will digest over a long time and release sugars and nutrients into the blood steadily, not something high in refined highly available sugars which hit the bloodstream all at once and spike blood sugar, then when it’s all used up your blood sugar dips back down sharply.
Thanks!
I used to use Google Play music back in the day. It was also nice to upload your own music and then be able to stream it anywhere.
Now I use Plex with Plexamp which works almost as well.
He’s out of line, but he’s right
It’s not free though.
It’s like the ==, but there’s one more =
There are extensions for chrome and Firefox
Get camel camel camel. It’s a price tracker browser extension. You can set alerts and stock up on stuff when you need.
Microsoft terminal and wsl are fantastic. Not a replacement for Linux, but they’re great.
It would be nice if it worked that way.
They already find any reason not to release body camera footage. You really think they’re gonna release all policy activity after 24 hours?
I’m 100% with you. All for buying anything you can, not from Amazon. But for some people, especially here in the United States, Amazon has become the only option to buy certain items. Just trying to get people alternatives to paying $160 a year for a service that doesn’t really provide much of anything in my eyes.
It doesn’t provide anything. They already offer free shipping on orders above $25. If you insist on buying from them, just wait to buy stuff until you need $25 worth, then check out.
Is this what passes for humor now?
I didn’t say bad things weren’t happening. Just that aljazeera is a biased source and that people in this community like it because it gives them confirmation bias.

“Al Jazeera also has an opinion page that exhibits significant bias against Israel. …”
Down vote me all you want. Turns out an Arab news source is just blatantly biased against Israel. It seems like a lot of people on here choose to get their news from sources who share the same opinions they do so that they can get that sweet sweet confirmation bias.
Aljazeera does, and they seem to get posted on here a lot for some reason.
It has a third eye
