This honestly sounds like it could be the basis for a novella

This was my strategy every time. It never worked out great, because there’s usually a reason people don’t want to be paired up with whoever you end up with.
He red all over my dead til I redemption
Okay, why is nobody else asking why this is an image of a monitor?
Inspired by chemical defenses used in nature by plants such as the sundew.
It just really feels weird to me to describe something as GLUE, but then also say that it doesn’t use chemicals. One thing I take into consideration most times I’m using glue, is whether the item I’m gluing will be melted by the glue.
I get what they’re trying to say, but glue is a description of a chemical compound in my mind.
I wonder if there’s any way to unlock the parts once they’ve been separated from the phone that locked them. It definitely seems like they’re just trying to kick the can on right to repair and say they’re definitely dedicating resources to sustainability and consumer protection.
They’ve been over-promising on this product for more than ten years now. I remember watching promotional videos no later than 2013 for this exact product under the same Humane name. It’s honestly kind of impressive that they kept their over-promising in lock-step with the progression of technology.
Hey, uh, anybody think this guy wants to… I dunno, fuck a dog? A robot dog, mind you. Because it’s not a real dog of course.
I shoot in 4:3 because it’s closer to the actual sensor’s resolution. No I have never looked this up, and no I will not change my ways if told otherwise.
[Edited by the commenter to remove incorrect information, see below.] I’m not sure if anything else has come up since then though, and I’ve continued using DDG, just not for any sort of news or information on current events. I mainly use a search engine for dev stuff anyways.
Nice try, but you aren’t fooling me this time, feds!
For whole blood, I’ve only ever been given a t-shirt. For plasma alone though, it was purely dependent on your weight and, therefore, how much they can take from you in the one session. I’m a tiny dude who barely weighed enough to qualify and got about $80 a couple years ago. It’s honestly not worth it at all, but if you’re broke it’s easier than many other options. The place was full of the “undesirables” of society because of that. It drained me emotionally, seeing how blatantly exploitative it is.
Edit to add: these plasma donations can be done with a tighter window between them too, so the people who were always short on cash were in there every 2 weeks.
Edit again: I forgot that that was an introductory deal where they give you an extra $40, so it was actually $40 for me. Overweight patients could get around $70-$80.
