Yes. Everyone lives in the same objective reality of course but everyone experiences a unique subjective reality. Everyone has specific thoughts and feelings that nobody else has ever had. Some people are more unique than others depending on their age, environment, and life choices.
I used to watch favorite TV shows, long series, and try sleeping as early as possible. Watching shows is so passive and easy that it ends up working well. It’s really important to have fun and get good sleep, so I suggest focusing on that until you figure it out.

No. In my culture it’s expected that we get help until about age 18 and then you’re on your own. It’s a sink or swim strategy. In my opinion this is short-sighted and we should be investing into the success of our adult sons and daughters and working together to ensure the best outcomes possible.
You can choose whatever process you like. When a market exists then you’re still competing with the market. If a market doesn’t exist then there’s no competition. Either way it doesn’t matter what process you choose.
Immigration. In 20 years Texas has changed from 70% white Americans to 50%. In 30 years all of America has changed from 80% to 60%.
Life finds a way to end itself. There’s an ongoing mass extinction event caused by humans. Completely preventable by the way. But we do not prevent it.
Realistically you make choices and say no to many things so that you have the time and energy to spend on the few things you care more about.
Notice what’s causing the stress and do something to help. Sometimes through meditation, breathing, stretching, exercise, sex, massage, good food, water, sleep, fresh air, sunlight, or some combination. In general you can change your environment or change your mind.

There’s no agreed threshold. Everything we do in life requires some risk, like driving a car or using the stairs. Some safe things are bad for you and some risky things are good for you.
The word consciousness confuses everybody. Just ask yourself what the rock is aware of. The more aware something is, like better eyes or a better brain, the more conscious it is. That’s why when you sleep you are less conscious than when you are awake but still more conscious than a rock.
Because a man tends to be stronger, faster, and more athletic than a woman of the same weight. It won’t work for football, track, or soccer.
You make your life what you want. Figure out what you want, health, happiness, love, family, something, maybe all of the above. Then you go and get it. You need to do this yourself. Help yourself.
