It used to be (before digital TVs, flat-screen, etc) that you didn’t have the option of switching inputs, so you would have to go to channel 3, which doubled as the “input” channel also. This would be like, for example, NES or Sega.

Not to detract from the sentiment, but automatic firearms have been fully banned in the USA for 40 years now and have been illegal in most of the country since the 1930s.
Not sure about other states, but in my state you can agree to mandatory arbitration for past incidents as long as they don’t do reeeeeally egregious behavior like, eg, slipping a notice into your normal bills and having you “agree” by not objecting within X days.
