Why is Linux Nihilism?

It’s funny how every time they say atheist can’t answer certain question it’s actually easy to answer.

I wasn’t very religous to begin with. My whole family is Christian but I was raised in such a way that Christianity was really small part of my identity, most of the time I just didn’t care. Also, science was always really interesting to me. I think it was like 6th or 7th grade when I became atheist, Christianity just didn’t make sense anymore because God isn’t necessary.

So the author is pretending that Chruch loves trans people while telling them they shouldn’t transition and that they were born with certain sex for a reason. Interesting…

It’s about companies that are against piracy for games they don’t sell anymore and don’t provide a way to play them. If they gave us a way to play them piracy wouldn’t be only option.

But even new games can have similar problem because of the price. Main reason why I don’t have any current gen console is because I need to pay hundreds of $ for it plus 80$ per game (they cost that much in my country). That’s insane in my opinion. Two years ago I got second hand moded Wii with 200 games and paid it less than I would pay for just 1 AAA game. I can’t afford (or justify) spending so much money on games when emulation exists.

I haven’t seen the movies. I’d like to read books before watching movies.

If you liked those you will like rest of them. I also recommend Robot and Empire books after Foundation because they are in the same universe.

This is main reason why I don’t own any current gen console. Even those consoles that I have are bought second hand because I don’t want to support them in any way.

One thing I want to add is that all those companies are fighting against piracy of old games but don’t provide a way to play them on modern hardware. Mods are only way to play many old games (unless you want to pay hundreds od dollars for a second hand copy).

That’s why I only buy consoles that aren’t supported anymore and mod them, it’s just better and cheaper.

That sounds awful. I’m lucky to live in a former socialist country so most things that are connected with Christmas on the west are transfered to New year (giving presents, tree and things like that) while Christmas is just a holiday that Christians celebrate, only day I care about Christmas is when it comes because I live in a Christian family so they force me to participate and I hate that.

It’s sad that there are people writing trash like this. Person who wrote this just projects his own beliefs onto others and doesn’t even try to look at things from a different point of view.
