As soon as this “news” (old people die, who’d have thought) hits the fan they produce an artificial stream of fake emotions like automatons. And the next week everything is forgotten and it’s another pretentious event that produces faked feelings.

Think I’m harsh?? You can even prove yourself I’m right: Go back in time on the profiles of those who now shed “tears” - you’ll not find one single mention of this guy, not one word about him before his death. It happens all the time whenever some “celebrity” dies - suddenly the economy of attention produces fake obituaries and fake emotions in great numbers from people who simply couldn’t care less beforehand and will not care next week (very often next day).

Ask them about the still alive creators they care about now - what do they do to help those creators to thrive? Try to find any mention of one of those on their profile - I bet you won’t find anything. Crazy isn’t it? As if they only care when they can produce some attention for themselves in the wake of an arbitrary moment. Pathetic, really.
