The numbers are close to, but not quite, what Wikipedia has. They’re using 2018 UN estimates, which includes the entire metro area, not just the city proper. I’m assuming OP is using a more recent version of this data, as it’s at least 5 years old at this point.
There are two Bakers, Tom (4, with the long scarf) and Colin (6, with the multicolor dreamcoat).

RE: context menus, I miss the pressure sensitive screens we had on iPhones 5-9. Press extra hard to get a context menu without waiting. There was also a distinct gesture to reposition the cursor in a text entry area.

I think is a metrification of a measurement in imperial fluid ounces, but the imperial numbers seem arbitrary, too.
