That’s the supposition, yeah. That some people just assume its lactose intolerance when it’s really “common milk protien” intolerance. Since this other milk comes from cows without that protein in the milk, it shouldn’t bother you as much.

That’s effectively where I’m at. A2 bothers me less than normal milk, but not to the degree that i can just drink it or anything. If i cant avoid milk, I try to cook/bake with A2 if possible, and lactose free if not. Both help, but the A2 helps more.
