His choice of words was poor and makes it sound like alone “took the initiative in creating the internet.” Whatever he really meant, his wording makes it sound like he’s claiming a bit more credit for his role than it merits.

I’d say being a homicidal maniac with 23 guns is a right wing trait in America.

He brought all those guns to the hotel room he shot from. I imagine it was so he could shoot as many rounds as possible at the crowd with out the need to reload.

Tim Berners Lee invented the world wide web. He did this through the creation of technologies foundational to web browsers, including the URL, HTTP, and HTML. That he invented them isn’t controversial.

I will never buy a GM vehicle. There were other reasons not to, but this seals the deal.

The people wearing it in public are mostly attention seekers and YouTubers. There is no use case for walking down the street with it on because it doesn’t work that way. You need to be stationary.

I always find it annoying when activists target the people who are basically on their side, it’s like the black lives matters protestors taking the mic from Bernie during one of his campaign events… like okay? What are you trying to achieve?

There are a lot of quasi-celebrity types with a big following that don’t want to give up their follower base.

This becomes a self-reinforcing cycle. If there are 7000lb passenger trucks on the highway around my compact car, I maybe start wanting to get a larger vehicle myself to protect myself from the idiots who drive them.
