My liability insurance costs like 3€ a month. Far less than a security guard. Are liability insurances that much more expensive in the US?

Can’t Mamoa just get a regular liability insurance for such cases?
Horse is also eaten in most of europe and asia and there is much less taboo about it than dog meat.
