Me actually. I take vyvanse to manage my ADHD and it is one of the few medications that has legitimately helped in a major way. 2 problems though; I struggled with bouts of insomnia before taking vyvanse and for whatever reason most medications last longer for me than they do for others. So about a year into using vyvanse my partner assures me that yes my insomnia has gotten much worse and I need to do something about it before it actually kills me. So for about 6 months now I have been working with my doctor to get some sleep meds bc mind you I do NEED the vyvanse (or a extended release stimulant of some kind) in order to function in this society. In these 6 months I was perscribed 2 sleep meds. One of them made me pass out really quick but it was nearly impossible to get out of bed in the morning and I felt like I had brain fog for hours. The second one was basically fucking melatonin (it was an analog known as ramelteon) and it made it harder to sleep if anything at all.

So anyway know I smoke weed almosy nightly. Sleep like a baby but I will admit it does occasionally interfere with my responsibilities lol

I just drink 6 shots of espresso. My body cannot take the sugar in energy drinks

Ubuntu easily. I use linux for privacy reasons (and because I hate capitalism) sure ubuntu isn’t perfect in this regard but it is certainly better than windows

Yeah this place can be a bit vitriolic tbh. The body shaming is cringe and should be addressed (thanks for addressing it). I am also of the opinion that cars are very cool and fun in the right setting as well as being fascinating from an engineering perspective. Perhaps we should call eachother out on these things more? I think more people would listen if we didn’t seem like we just hated cars for being cars
