Regardless, I’m pretty sure it’s a case of bullshit in, bullshit out and there’s a lot of that on tiktok… Or here too actually

I’m surprised turkey is the first one to do this but… good.
I was reminded of this https://www.tylervigen.com/spurious-correlations
So what happened then?
L plates are a legal requirement here if that’s what you mean
I just used YouTube revanced and set default YouTube links to go there
This reminds me of the dumbness of the Germans I know calling bread “toast” even though toast has to be toasted and white toastie bread has enough sugar to be a cake per eu regulations but it’s not toast because it’s not been toasted.
I’ve been idly considering jumping back in, I was more or less up to date in late 2020 but there’s been what, 2 expacs since I last played, getting the gryphon mount was fun.
This, when I was last doing the story in FFXIV I had a few dungeons that were like that, nobody seems to understand that I enjoy working out the mechanics through pain and doubt a lot, perpetual 170 ping from playing on na servers helps with the suffering too.
You can skip them but still have to let it pop up, I’ve also been put off by this. Also most of the arguments I’ve had against me when I’ve asked about mods for this are people saying things like “but it’s dnd, you’re supposed to have the dice” which is fair but I disagree, BG3 isn’t a ttrpg and the animation showing up is immersion breaking.
It’s all fun and games until Stalliongrad snowballs and joins the war
I think they mean it that way as in their numbers dropped. Disney+ dropped (by) 1.3million
I don’t agree with religion but you’re talking about “reeducation” like they’re not supposed to believe what they want.
I primarily use it to see if things are actually worth me paying for them, I’ve lost count of the games I’ve tried out, found they were great and bought outright. Watching things is more of a service issue though, I’ll pay a subscription for something if it’s actually decent, Netflix went and screwed that up for me. If I could actually trust any of the streaming services to not do something stupid again then maybe I would.
Yeah, if they could print effectively infinite copies of the car at almost zero cost then it would be comparable
I can understand it, it still bothers me though. I think it’s mainly because most of the time it’s taxi drivers parking in the worst spots.
You know what I hate? People using their hazards to indicate that they’re loading/unloading. You can already indicate towards the pavement to do the same thing and it actually says “hey I’m just pulled in here” instead of using the “something’s gone wrong” lights.
Oh yeah one of my cats is scarily good at murder. mice, shrews, moles, birds, snakes, probably other things too.
I’m not advocating for people using discord in this way because it’s awful, isn’t indexed through web browsers and it’s far from a long-term way of hosting these discussions. However discord isn’t hard to use, searching past information is pretty easy and conversations are just like anywhere else so from my point of view it looks like people here are just hating on it because enough people are misusing the platform.
Yeah some of the theories are really interesting but you have to accept how plausible actually pulling them off can be. The best fictional implementation I’ve seen is the Culture and that’s a post-scarcity society where humans aren’t really in charge of the big decisions.
