You are describing our Chimpanzee cousins but not our Bonobo cousins.
They sing in a higher pitch (more annoying to humans?) to compensate for urban noise.
Because it depicts teenagers, yeah. It would have been fairer if it showed a dozen people with a more representative spread of ages. It would still skew young though.
I am Gen X, a computer scientist and often use my phone while walking.
Have often jumped on the wrong train because of my lack of attention. Not life threatening but results in extending my one hour journey by 30 minutes. But that kind of error did also happen occasionally pre-phone so at least now I have entertainment for that extra half hour :)
If it was sunny then why didn’t your clothes dry? Why did you leave them overnight?
I find weather forecasts reliable.
In Sydney recently it was raining all week but two days of sunshine were forecast a WEEK in advance. Not that a one week forecast is usually right. All you need is 24 hours and that is very accurate.
Yeah, I know it is more subtle. Odd that even trippers enjoy the exaggerated trope.
LSD would definitely simulate the experience of zooming in on the AI generated face of grandma (try it).
Brian Eno describes in three minutes how a universal basic income would solve this problem.

Dave Chapelle as a blind Klansman who does not realise he is black.
(As an Aussie I had to set my VPN to USA to watch it)
Predominantly rural cultures tend to not have clever jokes, just dark observations of life made palatable (although this one is clever too).
Laughing in the face of death in particular. “Sad facts stated as a joke”. I am totally up for it.

Classy delivery with the punch line. Bravo!
Indeed, the concept is the art and the cartoonist is a top artist.
Samuel Johnson, “Patriotism is the last refuge of a scoundrel.”
Many of us grow up disappointed whether brought up religious or not. I was brought up Catholic and took it seriously but then as a teen I noticed the hypocrisy of church goers and of course, as all teens do, I understood adults lie about all sorts of stuff so why not religion.
Just now YouTube served me up this: Mom Puts Teenage Acidhead In A Mental Hospital In 1967.
It is as if LSD let him experience the Jesus state. No wonder clerics feared it - who needs them?
There is a reason why the discovery of the Gnostic Gospels was not publicized. The clergy and MTG’s who have hijacked Christianity prefer a dogmatic religion mediated by them.
Jesus’ “message” was more like poetry allowing the individual a direct experience with the numinous. More akin to Eastern mysticism and, dare I say, the philosophy of many Atheists. He probably was just one hippie amongst many but happened to go viral.
The mocking attitude is a thing here in Australia. And people boast about themselves getting wasted. Seemed the opposite in the EU when I visited.
