To be fair that post was in the old 196 as well. It’s a rules explanation thingy.

Oh yeah, I completely forgot that she doesn’t have them in her name or profile here on lemmy. She does on matrix. Unsure why she has pronouns in her name on the matrix and not here.

From what I can gather from what little they want to share it’s very clear to me that they wanted to move to world to attract a larger audience and also so certain transphobic users could participate again. They also repeatedly claim that the community is the moderators rather than the users, which just makes it clear how out of touch they are.

Edit: Also, it’s super obvious the reason they don’t want to give over the old community is so people are “forced” to move to their new world community. They only care about number go up.

Take breaks (ideally in the form of walks), explain the problems you’re trying to solve to people willing to listen or to inanimate objects (rubber ducking), and engage in as many different perspectives and ways to approach problems as manageable (as opposed to as many as possible).

Your subconscious will sometimes work on issues in the background as you take walks/take a shower/etc, and knowing different ways to organize and approach things will give your mind more ways to consider when working.

Working continuously on problems without taking breaks can trap your mind in little loops, where all you’re doing is trying to solve things in different variations of the same thing over and over, Escape the loop, and remember that you and your subconscious are parts of the same whole.
