Sounds like rookie numbers to me. We gotta pump those numbers up.
Occurs to me that if countries have to spend more money on energy, they will have less money to spend on Ukraine. Plus, rising energy costs is just what Russia wants.
As soon as Russia stops hitting Ukraine’s energy infrastructure since they are kind of the one that started doing that.
