Just curious since I think it is about to get a whole lot harder to search using google. hopefully this will signal the end of their monopoly.

    I get my searched done 90% through DuckDuckGo.

    Unfortunately for much more specific searches, Google still gets those results better than DDG.

      Same, but I have found that when I do fall back to Google, the results are less helpful than they used to be. I’m not sure if it’s because DDG has gotten better and I only need to fall back on harder questions that Google also struggles with or if Google has just plain gotten worse…

      Feels like the second option though…

        Never tried the fallback option.

        DDG has been working fine for me. But I am inclined to use Google search in a separate container in Firefox.

      The only time I prefer google is when looking up local things like businesses, movies, or flights.
