You literally can mix and combine different voices to create knew ones. It can’t be proven it’s her.
TLDR: nothing new in this article from what we heard earlier this week.
If this voice actor’s voice has been digitally altered to make her sound more like Scarlett Johansson, then she has a point.
If they’ve just hired someone who happens to sound a bit like her, then there is no case. That voice actor has the right to use her own voice.
