Are you implying that this isn’t protest? Lol

It’s a miscarriage of justice that the driver of that vehicle went free after committing attempted murder.

Her name’s Jennifer Watson from Denver. If anyone meets her please do whatever you can to non-violently even the scales of justice.

The conduct in the Denver video far exceeded the boundaries of “protest”. Climbing on top of someone else’s vehicle, especially as part of a crowd attempting to stop that vehicle, constitutes a credible and imminent threat to the driver and occupants. In most states, an attack on a vehicle is presumed to be a deadly threat. Unless that attack is a justified use of force (it wasn’t), the driver is justified in using any level of force necessary to end that threat.

That slight swerve at the end arguably exceeded the justifiable use of force, but wasn’t particularly egregious.

But I digress: Nothing in the Denver video qualified as a “protest”.

Arguably? They placed themselves in more danger by swerving back towards the crowd. All so they could get revenge for some minor property damage.

The accounts prior to the start of the video are conflicting so I won’t comment on that but it’s clearly not self defense to strike someone from behind with a vehicle when you have a clear route of egress. That’s attempted murder.

And protestors are protestors. That doesn’t change based on your feelings being hurt or whatever it is that’s causing you to say that. Most major protests have used roads across all of history. But I guess MLK’s march on Washington wasn’t a protest either?

Do you proudly and openly self-identify as a fascist, or does your echo chamber tell you that you have normal political ideas and opinions?
