TIL When a person receives a kidney transplant they don’t take out the old kidneys, they just shove em to the side and leave em in there.

Kidney Transplant

Transplant is a treatment for kidney failure using a healthy kidney from a living or deceased donor that can help patients live a longer, more normal life than dialysis treatment.
