California, I have rainwater collection that amounts to 3200 gallons, and solar panels. Power company pays my water bill.
I have a filter to use the water for drinking or cooking but currently just use it to water plants
Cool. But you’re not OP, though. I bet California has utility companies that charge monthly.
They do, but as you’ve agreed elsewhere it’s long since past time to nationalize utilities, telecommunications, education, madecine, and basic housing.
We need a revolution for the people!
