    It‘s not terrorism if the perpetrator turn themself in?

    It’s not terrorism if it’s a lover’s spat.

    Considering the victims are rumored to be an engaged couple and the perpetrator been seen waiting, I’m thinking a more personal motive like jealousy, or a specific case, rather than racism.

    But in fairness it’s all just speculation currently.
