You can’t buy back a cooler planet with “offsets”. Forget taxing the fossil fuel industry, it needs to be dismantled.
Agreed. I am all for skyrocketing gas prices, though. I’ve seen enough buses (suburbans, expeditions, etc) commuting long distances. It’s silly, and wasteful.
Yeah and this rate we can’t rely on our governments to fix this. They’ve been captured and have failed to do their jobs.
This is what at least 1/3 of the US voted for, and another 1/3 couldn’t be bothered to vote against.
And I hate them all forever
