A statement doesn’t have to be about every member of a racial group to be racist. It can allow for there to be “some good ones.”

The thing you’re trying to get is romantic attention from another person. That person has to decide they want to give you that attention. It’s perfectly fair for each person to be able to make that choice.

What wouldn’t be fair would be a world where people were forced to be in romantic relationships with people they don’t want to be in. While that certainly happens, I think we’d prefer it never did.

What you’re talking about is individual choices. You need to make that a positive choice someone would want to make. If you don’t do that, why should they make it?

The radical right is once again being expected to vote for a candidate like Urrutia simply because he is not Maduro. The centrists try to placate the right that they’ll get a better candidate in the future, but for now they just can’t let Maduro retain power and continue to destroy the country.

I’m sorry, but until the centrists are willing to nominate someone whose policies will be very popular with the people, they will continue to lose.

All of this is a consequence of YouTube automating virtually everything it does so they don’t have to pay humans to review anything. All the whole, they make massive piles of cash from videos made by other humans they pay very little to.

Nature journals have published plenty of wrong and sometimes fraudulent work. I agree it is difficult to publish in them, but that’s no guarantee.
