Biden was the first president to turn away from neoliberalism this century and the fact that no one really recognized that is alarming.

The Hard Times is a very real punk news site that you should not question. Just absorb the information as truth and move on. The historic satire site was founded in December 1976. It’s made by a group of punk and hardcore kids from all the different sub-genres of the DIY hardcore scene. Any resemblance to actual persons or band names is coincidental.
Yeah I get it now
That took longer than I expected.
Can’t stress this enough. And block based on keywords. My lemmy experience improved dramatically once I started blocking users, subs, and instances I didn’t like.
Those users get to enjoy their thing, and I wont yuck their yum. I’ve managed to cutout most of the rage bait and the stuff in my feed is genuinely interesting.
Yes. Very fun. Generally well designed. Combat mechanism are tight. But it feels like you’re in act 2 for fuckin ever. Then you get to act 3 and basically have to do it all again. Then finally, mercifully, its over. If they just cut the map in half it would have probably completely solved the problem.
7/10, will play again.
I’ve been following Lemmy development for years since I think decentralized software is cool. I always thought it was a cool idea, but there was never enough content for me. It always seemed like a prototype of an idea. When the API catastrophe struck, I committed to Lemme full time and deleted my reddit account.
Yeah, it takes a while to deprogram :(
Awoooooooo werewolves of london awoooooooo
Thats because the US military has been a blank cheque for defense contractors for a long time.

I’m so glad I got clean
As long as you’re using Firefox strict mode, yes.
Lemmy is an api. A website is just another app here. Besides, there are other web interfaces you could use. Have you tried any?
Its been years since I tried so I honestly don’t remember, but yeah its possible I used way too much.
I’m happy with my method though :)
Good to know it works for some people! I thought the chemistry was cool.
Interesting. That has not been my experience. The baking soda turns them green and mushy and they taste terrible and weren’t even really caramelized.
I’ve since taken to steaming them under a lid for about 10mins before removing the lid, cooking the water off, and caramelizing them. It’s more involved but gives me consistent results, and is still faster than doing it without steam.
The US has a gigantic presence in SK, like huge. There’s probably a dozen bases I’d guess. If China attacks they are 100% ready to respond to that, and already have tons of contingency plans in place, and exercise them regularly.
If I log into BlueSky right now, can I see posts from other instances? This is a legitimate question since the twitter archetype doesn’t appeal to me.
Tl;Dr it isn’t decentralized.
